Hello, i'm not be able to connect the PRTG Server from my LAN.

What work is ping to the PC and connect to PRTG on PC (127.0.0.1) but access from my LAN not working. Alos the Android App could not connect.

May be some firewall issue on the PC.

I'm running a Win7/64 Bit machine.

Any tips or hints what to check ?

Hi Marcus,

Please open the PRTG Administrator Tool on your PRTG host and check if the PRTG webserver listens on the private IP address. The App will only work if your Smartphone is in the same LAN as your PRTG Server, or if your PRTG installation is available via a public IP address.
