Is it possible to disable SSH for certain servers or globally. Currently we collect using SNMP + WMI.
I'm seeing syslog entires where it appears an SSH connection is being attempted.

Please clarify in which sense you want to disable SSH. If you don't use SSH sensors, or auto-discoveries with templates which include SSH sensors, PRTG should not try to create SSH connections.
It is however not possible to disable the usage of SSH sensor type or hide SSH sensors in the sensor creation dialogue.
