Do we have a method to know how long time all the alarms status change from "critical" to "clear"? also how long time do the people acknowledge the alarms? do we have such reports?
Because now we have an issue some people receive the alarms, but they don't check them or don't check them in time.

Hi there,
I'm afraid that there is no automatic reporting function out of the box for this. You can check the Log Tab of the sensors to see what happened with the object.
Next to this, you can configure the notification triggers to repeat the notifications. This will inform the colleague until the condition is cleared.
