Would like to know on how can I setup the default prtg email notifications? I know how to setup using our own mail server but I can't setup the default(not sending email). For example, i need to use our office 365 email or gmail. How can I set it up? Thank you in advance! God bless!

This default option relies on MX records that need to be present, otherwise it won't work or as stated in the help:
"For each email, it looks up the target SMTP server via the MX record of the target domain, and send the email."

Here's a guide for getting it to work with Office365 and here's one for Gmail.
