My WMI CPU load sensor is OK but when I add WMI memory sensor, it turns red/down. What is the cause of this? Thanks!

The error message indicates a WMI connection problem.

Please follow the steps of this knowledge base article https://helpdesk.paessler.com/en/support/solutions/articles/76000062954 and afterwards test the connectivity with our WMI Tester https://www.paessler.com/tools/wmitester You can use any query from the "Advanced" tab on the particular device.
